毛泽东同志与军事学院
——纪念毛泽东同志诞辰115周年

      毛泽东同志在中国革命中是非常重视军事训练、军事教育的，有史实可鉴。中华人民共和国建
立后仍重视军事教育，尤其是军事院校的教育工作，以适应正规化、现代化国防建设。1950年8月，中
共中央军委决定办全军综合性陆军大学。10月23日，即中国人民志愿军入朝作战的第4天，中央军委主
席毛泽东电中共中央西南局第二书记刘伯承同志：“伯承同志：此间恩来、总司令、荣桓、荣臻和
我，希望你速来京主持筹建陆大的工作”。因学院拟选有空军、海军、及炮兵、装甲兵，故陆军大学
后建议改为军事学院。在中央军委副主席周恩来的关怀组织下，毛泽东主席批准了《关于创办军事学
院的意见书》，以华东军大和华北军大的教员，职员为基础，以华东军大在南京的校区为军事学院校
址，刘伯承院长（后兼政治委员）11月21日乘火车到南京。第二天，按周恩来副主席的意见，中共军
事学院临时委员会刘伯承、陈士榘、陈伯钧、钟期光、刘忠五人为委员，另加两名后补委员，即开始
工作。开训练工作会议，院务工作会议，接收从全军来的学员（军、师、团及优秀营级和部分兵团级
如杨勇）。
      1951年1月15日，中国人民解放军军事学院成立。中央军委授旗阅兵（中央军委代表陈毅授
旗），刘伯承院长受旗和分列式阅兵，开成立庆祝大会。此前1月11日中央人民政府人民革命军事委员
会发来电报：“中国人民解放军军事学院刘院长并全院指挥员、政治工作人员、教员、学员同志们：
值兹军事学院开学之际，特向你们致贺，望全院同志们努力学习总结我军作战经验，发扬我军的优良
传统，学习苏联的建军经验，掌握正规化、现代化的军事科学与指挥艺术，根据马克思列宁主义的建
军原则与毛泽东同志的建军思想，从我军现有基础上，为建设更强大的中国人民国防军而奋斗。”
      1952年7月，高级速成系和上级速成系学员毕业，政治部秘书处派我上两系搜集学员毕业体会和
对教学的意见。1952年7月10日中央人民政府人民革命军事委员会主席毛泽东的训词，毛泽东指定军事
学院院长刘伯承代表军委向该院高级速成班和上级速成班第一期毕业学员宣读。全文如下：“军事学
院刘院长，全院指挥员、政治工作人员、后勤工作人员、教员，并高级速成系、上级速成系第一期毕
业的全体学员同志们：
      标志着中国人民建军史上伟大转变之一的中国人民解放军军事学院，其高级速成系及上级速成
系的第一期已学习期满，举行结业了，特致以兴奋的祝贺。
      军事学院的创办及其一年多的教育，对于建设正规化、现代化的国防部队，是有重要贡献的。
这是刘院长的努力，全体苏联顾问的努力，以及全体指挥员、政治工作人员、后勤工作人员、教员和
学员共同一致努力的结果。特致以感谢和慰问之意。”
      中国人民的建军历史，已经走过了二十五年的长期路程，其革命经验之丰富，在国际上除苏联
外，无与伦比。但在中国人民尚未获得全国胜利之前，由于客观物质条件的限制，其军事建设又尚处
于比较低级的阶段，也就是处于装备的简单低劣，编制、制度的非正规性，缺乏严格的军事纪律和作
战指挥的不集中，不统一及带游击性等等，这些在过去是必然的，不可避免的，因而也是正确的。可
是，自从中国人民获得了全国范围的胜利之后，这种客观情况已经起了基本上的变化，我们现在已经
进到了建军的高级阶段，也就是进到掌握现代技术的阶段，客观条件已完全具备了这种可能，只需加
上不疲倦的主观努力，就一定可以实现。与现代装备相适应的，就是要求部队建设的正规化、就是要
求实行统一的指挥、统一的制度、统一的编制、统一的纪律、统一的训练，就是要实现诸兵种协密切
的协同动作。为此，就需要克服在过去时曾经是正确的，而现在是不正确的那种不集中、不统一、纪
律不严、简单现象和游击习气等等，而必须加强整个工作上、指挥上，而首先又应该是从教育训练上
来培养那种组织性、计划性、准确性和纪律性。这是建设正规化、现代化的国防部队所不可缺少的重
要条件之一。
      同时，为了组织这种复杂的、高度机械化的、近代的战役和战斗，没有健全的、具有头脑作用
的、富于科学的组织和分工的司令机关不行。过去那种不健全的、效率不高的、甚至是极不胜任的司
令机关，今后就必须大大地加强起来。过去那种只重视政治工作（重视政治工作是对的，今后也还必
须重视），而忽视参谋工作的现象，必须加以坚决的改变。过去把一些比较弱的、缺乏组织能力的、
甚至是犯了一些错误而积极性不高的人来做司令机关的工作，因而也或多或少地影响到对司令机关的
缺乏威信，影响到若干指挥人员不愿当参谋长、不愿意当参谋，这种现象必须加以根本上的改正。今
后，必须挑选优秀的、富于组织和指挥才能的指挥员到各级司令机关来，以创造司令机关新的作风和
新的气象。这同样是建设正规化、现代化的国防部队所不可缺少的重要条件之一。
      军事学院全体的指挥员、政治工作人员、后勤工作人员、教员、第一期毕业的学院和正在学习
的学员同志们：“军委希望你们在建设正规化、现代化的国防部队的光荣事业上，继续努力，并希望
通过你们的努力，把建设正规化、现代化的国防部队的精神，贯彻到所有部队中去。”
      遵照毛泽东主席的训词，全院同志积极贯彻，同全军所有部队一样取得了极好成绩。在1956年1
月全院表彰了先进。刘院长兼政治委员发布《军事学院建院五周年授奖令》，授予战术教授会写作组
等13个单位集体奖。授予陈庆先等个人一等奖33名，刘忠等118名二等奖，孙继先等494名三等奖。我
以“在工作中成绩优异”被授予三等奖。
      在军事学院建院五周年前夕，1950年1月11日，毛泽东主席莅院视察军事学院：余伯由秘书长交
代我陪罗总长看接待现场和在刘院长办公室使用保密电话办妥毛泽东主席接见事宜，阙兴隆同志通知
各部、系、教授会负责人，来参加主席接见。非常顺利。俱乐部摄影师沈秉钧拍下了珍贵的照片。

My Favorite
     Childhood Memory
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen:
      Today my topic is “My favorite childhood memory”.
      I was fortunate to spend my childhood with a group of peers in a big yard. There
were six of us---four girls and two boys. We called ourselves `our team’. We did many
things together and had great fun.
      It was Saturday, 'our team’ gathered together as usual.“Hey, lovely day, isn’t
it? What’s up today?” Gao Ming, the eldest, asked. Five minutes later, we were
following Grandpa Chen, the gardener, with spades ,tubes and buckets in our hands. We
were going to help him clean up the garden! Gao Ming and I watered the trees while the
others loosened the soil with spades. We worked hard and joked around. I remembered when
Grandpa Chen bent down to collect fallen leaves, one of us suddenly screamed
“Snaaaaaake!” He quickly jumped out and asked “Where?”with a frightened look. But
looking at our sweaty faces with innocent smiles, he realized what was going on and
couldn’t help laughing .The sun shone brightly on the little garden and a group of
happy children.
      In our yard ,there used to be an abandoned garage full of old pieces of furniture.
It was so shabby that few adults paid attention to it. `Our team’ ,however, made it and
called it our “base”. It was used as a gathering place. Parties would be held on
holidays. Besides parties, we told stories. Once I boasted that I would fly to the moon.
I would say hello to Wu Gang, a famous legend character that is said to live on the
moon, and have a dinner with aliens ,etc. On hearing my most absurd imaginary adventure,
they laughed to tears that evening.
      “We had joy ,we had fun ,we had seasons in the sun. But the hills that we climbed
were just seasons out of time.” Looking back, I realize that being together with `our
team’ made my childhood wonderful and also I benefited a lot from it .I know how
important it was for an ‘only child ’to learn to share and cooperate with others when
she was young. Now we are living a colourful life and are busy pursuing our own dreams,
but the good time that I spent with ‘our team’ remains to be one of the sweetest
memories in my heart.

      Good afternoon,ladies and gentlemen!It's great?honor for me?to stand here and give
you a speech.Today,I really want to share my favorite childhood memory with all of you.
      My childhood is the beginning of my life which made me become confident to face
the future.It left me behind with a trail of happy memories and unforgettable expriences
which are very helpful in my whole life.
      It was about the last class of one morning when my teacher came towards me.She
said to me with gentle smile that she was going to ask me to give a performance in front
of the whole school.Hearing this,I was so excited that even my heart beat faster.But,at
the same time,I felt kind of nervous,too.Though I was young,no more than seven years
old,I put my heart in it and tried my best to practise.Because I was so eager to leave a
good impresstion on others.
      Then,it came the unforgettable moment.On setting feet onto the stage,I realized
that it wasn’t so easy as I expected.There are so many eyes focused on me!The music was
played,but I felt the time and air flowing have stopped.Since I was shocked by the large
crowd of people,I?held my breath.At this urgent moment,I heard a voice from my heart.It
said ‘Never give up,Ann!Believe in yourself and you can do it!’The mind is so strong
that it set my body free.I took a deep breath and wasn’t so nervous any more.Fluent
lyrics?flowed out of my month,just like a miracle!So loud and proud my voice was that
even I couldn’t believe myself!I could see the satisfied looks on others’ faces and it
encouraged me again.When the warm appolause broke out,I realized that I overcame my fear
and it was the first big success in my life!
      It was so wonderful a memory which helped me gain lots of comfidence.Man’s life
is a procedure of progress.Although my childhood wasn’t as sweet as candies,it was aslo
full of happiness because the challenges helped me make lots of progress.No matter how
difficult it will be,just go ahead confidently with your bright smile,and you’ll
success.That’s the lesson which my childhood has given me.
      That’s all.Thanks for your attention!
